General Terms

Mark Pitblado Consulting operates as a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada. Mark Pitblado may be engaged as an employee of other employers not named on this site, and nothing on this site should be construed as a statement of the policies or practices of any such employer. Mark Pitblado Consulting will not take on contracts that would create a conflict of interest with any other employer, or otherwise interfere with the ability of Mark Pitblado to fulfill his obligations to any other employer.

Nothing in these terms, or the Privacy Policy of Mark Pitblado Consulting, shall take precedence over any other agreement between Mark Pitblado Consulting and a Client. When there is a conflict between these terms and any other agreement between Mark Pitblado Consulting and a Client, the terms of agreement between Mark Pitblado Consulting and the Client shall take precedence.

Terms for dispute resolution shall be included in any Agreement between Mark Pitblado Consulting and a Client. In the absence of any such terms, any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
